Some days simply start well ... Received an email from Lia Ditton confirming that I will be on a panel of past runners on the afternoon discussion session at this years Marathon des Sables Expo !
I know that many of the questions I had leading up to running the Marathon des Sables would have benefited from such an event and there would have been less sleepless nights as well !
I am seriously honoured to be asked to join the panel and hope I can provide a bit of insight from the midpack (better check if a Scots tae English translator is being provided however)
